Hiller\u00f8d Skakklub indkalder til ordin\u00e6r generalforsamling tirsdag den 28. april 2026 kl. 19.30 i klubbens lokaler U\/Nord Teknisk Gymnasium, Carlsbergvej 34 i Hiller\u00f8d<\/h3>\n

L\u00e6s formandens beretning for 2025\/26<\/a><\/p>\n

Generalforsamling 2026 bliver ikke bare en generalforsamling men et event og en festlig sammenkomst for alle klubbens medlemmer.<\/p>\n

Anledning er, at Hiller\u00f8d Skakklub vandt Skakligaen for andet \u00e5r i tr\u00e6k. Spillerne p\u00e5 holdet vil v\u00e6re til stede, f\u00e5 overrakt medaljer og blive hyldet.\u00a0 Desuden vil klubbens nye hjemmeside blive lanceret og endelig holder klubben udsalg af skakure og specielle skakbrikker, s\u00e5 du har mulighed for at st\u00f8tte klubben og samtidig g\u00f8re et godt k\u00f8b!<\/p>\n

19.30 Velkomst med en mindre anretning af snacks og drikkevarer.<\/p>\n

19.50 Fejring af DM-sejren med Skakligaholdet og pr\u00e6sentation af s\u00f8lvbowlen.<\/p>\n

20.10 Pr\u00e6sentation af ny version af hillerodskakklub.dk udviklet af Jesper Leth Lauritzen<\/p>\n

20.30 Ordin\u00e6r generalforsamling i Hiller\u00f8d Skakklub<\/p>\n

Dagsorden if\u00f8lge vedt\u00e6gterne:<\/p>\n

  1. Valg af dirigent<\/li>\n
  2. Afl\u00e6ggelse af beretning<\/li>\n
  3. Afl\u00e6ggelse af regnskab<\/li>\n
  4. Forel\u00e6ggelse af budget og fasts\u00e6ttelse af kontingent for det kommende \u00e5r<\/li>\n
  5. Indkomne forslag<\/li>\n
  6. Valg af: formand, n\u00e6stformand, kasserer og tre bestyrelsesmedlemmer<\/li>\n
  7. Valg af en revisor<\/li>\n
  8. Valg af to suppleanter f\u00e6lles for 6 og 7.<\/li>\n
  9. Valg af juniorudvalg<\/li>\n
  10. Eventuelt<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Forslag fra medlemmerne skal v\u00e6re formanden i h\u00e6nde senest 4 dage f\u00f8r generalforsamlingens afholdelse.<\/p>\n

    Alle valg sker ved almindelig stemmeflerhed, og \u00f8vrige afstemninger ved simpelt flertal. Dog kr\u00e6ves til vedt\u00e6gts\u00e6ndringer eller til beslutning om klubbens evt. opl\u00f8sning, at 2\/3 af de tilstedev\u00e6rende medlemmer stemmer for forslaget.
    \nAlle medlemmer har stemmeret, og alle er valgbare. Dog skal flertallet i bestyrelsen, herunder s\u00e5vel formanden, n\u00e6stformanden og kassereren, v\u00e6re fuldt myndige. S\u00e5fremt formand, n\u00e6stformand og kasserer ikke kan v\u00e6lges p\u00e5 generalforsamlingen, v\u00e6lges der 6 bestyrelsesmedlemmer, der konstituerer sig selv p\u00e5 f\u00f8rstkommende bestyrelsesm\u00f8de.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    B\u00e5de f\u00f8r, under og efter generalforsamlingen vil der v\u00e6re mulighed for at k\u00f8be brugte skakure og specielle skakbrikker. Betaling til klubben via Mobilpay.<\/p>\n
