Dagsorden<\/span><\/h5>\n

Der indkaldes hermed til ordin\u00e6r generalforsamling i Hiller\u00f8d Skakklub tirsdag den 16. juni 2020 kl. 19.45 p\u00e5 Frederiksborg Gymnasium, Carlsbergvej i Hiller\u00f8d.<\/p>\n

Bem\u00e6rk det nye m\u00f8dested.\u00a0 Pga. Coraonakrisen har vi set os n\u00f8dsaget til at holde generalforsamlingen i et noget st\u00f8rre lokale end vores normale klublokale.\u00a0 I det hele taget bliver klubbens nedlukning pga. Corona et vigtigt emne p\u00e5 generalforsamlingen, og ikke mindst hvordan klubben \u00e5bner op igen efter sommerferien.<\/p>\n

Generalforsamlingen er klubbens h\u00f8jeste myndighed. Den afholdes ordin\u00e6rt hvert \u00e5r med f\u00f8lgende dagsorden:<\/p>\n

1) Valg af dirigent
\n2) Afl\u00e6ggelse af beretning
\n3) Afl\u00e6ggelse af regnskab
\n4) Forel\u00e6ggelse af budget og fasts\u00e6ttelse af kontingent for det kommende \u00e5r
\n5) Indkomne forslag
\n6) Valg af:
\na) formand, n\u00e6stformand, kasserer og 3 bestyrelsesmedlemmer
\nb) 1 revisor
\nc) 2 suppleanter (f\u00e6lles for punkt a-b)
\n7) Valg af juniorudvalg
\n8) Eventuelt<\/p>\n

Forslag fra medlemmerne skal v\u00e6re formanden i h\u00e6nde senest 4 dage f\u00f8r generalforsamlingens afholdelse.<\/p>\n

I l\u00f8bet af generalforsamlingen vil der blive foretaget pr\u00e6mieuddeling til alle topscorerne p\u00e5 klubbens 6 hold.<\/p>\n

Bem\u00e6rk: For\u00e6ldre til b\u00f8rn i juniorafdelingen er meget velkommen til at deltage i generalforsamlingen.<\/p>\n
